THE KC STREETCAR CONTINUES TO SPUR ON DEVELOPMENT ALL OVER DOWNTOWN KANSAS CITY!!!

Just like with the Crossroads, Power & Light District, Financial District, and Rivermarket, the KC Streetcar has promoted new development even before a single track was laid.  And now, in Berkeley Riverfront Park, the mixed used development continues to progress, with eventual expansion of the KC Streetcar to the riverfront being the next logical step.  And this was already promoted by the kickass KC Streetcar blog community last year.  Checkit:
