TOLD YOU SO!!!! THE WELL PUBLICIZED OPEN VOTE FOR THE KC STREETCAR EXPANSION RESULTS IN 6000 BALLOT REQUEST!!!!

The KC Streetcar team has managed to attract 6000 people to submit a request to vote on the expansion.  The process was made widely available and the instructions were made clear.  Only the lazy and losers were unable to comply.  Checkit:
